You still have to reoder vertice in order for them to follow facial muscle flows and to heighten some basic features you want (high cheeks, broad forehead, slight nose, thin chin etc.) but you now have a basic head that can be worked as well for toon-like faces as for realistic human faces. The only point I did not develop here is the modelling of ears, which is a very difficult subject for me by now. Perhaps I'll write something about this later! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
