From Iops, the thick-skulled but sturdy warriors, to Cras, the elite archer class, and from bomb-loving Rogues to psychotic Masqueraiders, you're sure to find your perfect character with 14 original classes to choose from.
Then, alone or as part of a group, you'll have to arm yourself with courage and foolproof strategies to defeat the shadiest monsters in the World of Twelve, in Turn-Based battle!

Un MMOTBS (système de combat tactique au tour par tour) de type médiéval fantastique, par le studio Ankama.
Le jeu est gratuit néanmoins un certain nombre de fonctionnalités sont payantes.
En Java.
Son histoire débute 1000 ans après son aîné (Dofus, dans le Bottin).
Le but ultime (pour les plus expérimentés) est la conquête du pouvoir politique des îles de Wakfu en usant d'armes et de magie.
Au chapitre des singularités du jeu :
• le système de combat tactique au tour par tour,
• la présence de faune et de flore formant un écosystème que les les joueurs ont tout loisir de modifier.

contrairement à Dofus qui utilisait le Flash, Wakfu utilise Java et JOGL pour le graphisme.
