Gaurodan, the bird of thunder is reborn
Long forgotten is the legend of Gaurodan, the bird of thunder, and his fight with Guayota, the fire beast. But now mankind has discovered the egg of Guayota within Mount Teide, and it is only a matter of time until Guarodan returns from the sky to fight the beast and punish us for awakening his ancient enemy.
Fly around the Canary Islands as Gaurodan, and destroy cities, armies and colossal creatures in your path throught this frantic shooter, created for the lovers of classic games that require mastering.
You'll need some mastering to play this game because controls are not the usual: you have two buttons to shoot air-air and air-ground, and you can't stop moving in the air. Guarodan is inspired by early titles like Defender, Choplifter or Sky Kid in terms of gameplay, and has a similar production style to other arcade games like Commando, Gyrodine or 1942.
Gaurodan is my first game made with GameMaker:Studio, the first one released in other platforms!

Gaurodan, l'oiseau du tonnerre renaît.
Oubliée depuis longtemps est la légende de Gaurodan, l'oiseau de tonnerre, et son combat avec Guayota, la bête de feu.
Mais maintenant, l'humanité a découvert l'œuf de Guayota dans le mont Teide, et ce n'est qu'une question de temps jusqu'à ce que Guarodan revienne du ciel pour combattre la bête et nous punir d'avoir réveillé son ancien ennemi.
Volez autour des îles Canaries en incarant Gaurodan, et détruisez les villes, les armées et les créatures colossales dans ce shooter frénétique, créé pour des amateurs de jeux classiques requérant une certaine maîtrise.
Vous aurez besoin d'une maîtrise pour jouer à ce jeu parce que les contrôles ne sont pas habituels : vous avez deux boutons pour effectuer des tirs air-air et air-sol, et vous ne pouvez pas arrêter de bouger dans l'air.
Guarodan est inspiré d'anciens titres tel que Defender, Choplifter ou Sky Kid en terme de gameplay, et a un style de production similaire à des jeux d'arcades tel que Commando, Gyrodine ou 1942.
Gaurodan est mon premier jeu fait conçu avec GameMaker: Studio, et le premier publié sur d'autres plateformes!

Z : tir vertical
X : tir horizontal
Flèches : direction de votre dragon
🕵️ Test (20130731) :
Superbe scènographie d'introduction, un graphisme, une interface, une bande son, et un gameplay dignes de salles d'arcades.
Vous dirigez votre dragon à l'aide des touches fléchées et tirez sur tout ce qui bouge en l'air ou au sol jusqu'à terminer le tableau.
Un jeu excellent !!! J'adore.
