The game depicts a battle between the armies of Heaven and Hell in a town where the souls of innocent people are in danger.
Play as an angel, a divine warrior of God, with the mission to vanquish all evil and protect the humans.
Or take your stand as a demon, sinister creation of the Devil able to possess the people to create chaos.
City of the Condemned (CotC) is a 7DRL "winner" made for the 2010 challenge. The game depicts a battle between angels and demons in a randomly generated city. The goal is (depending on the side) to either protect or destroy the humans. Victory can also be achieved by vanquishing the opposing force or ascending beyond archdemon / archangel status.

City of the Condemned est un RPG dépeignant un affrontement entre les armées les armées du Ciel et de l'Enfer, dans une ville où les âmes des innocents sont en danger.
Incarnez un ange, un guerrier divin de Dieu, avec la mission de vaincre le mal et de protéger tous les êtres humains.
Ou incarnez un démon, la création sinistre du Diable en mesure de posséder les gens pour créer le chaos.
Il a été conçu à l'occasion et a été classé 4ème ex aequo au 7DRL Contest 2010.
"En dépit de leurs apparences, de nombreux roguelikes sont très addictifs et amusants à jouer.
Leur graphisme simple peut masquer des mondes à la complexité rarement atteinte dans d'autres jeux".
